PayloadCanary stores account and workspace information, monitor configuration (which may include credentials), check results, run history and alert records to provide monitoring. Configured requests are sent to the endpoints you select. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Stripe processes payments. PayloadCanary stores billing identifiers and subscription state; payment card entry is hosted by Stripe. Email delivery is used for account messages and configured alerts.

Ending a subscription does not automatically delete stored configuration or history. Contact support about account or data questions.

Before publication, the owner must finalize retention periods, deletion/request procedures, business identity, hosting and email providers, and applicable privacy disclosures.
